Cause of Death: Potential Suicide

Case History: "The individual had checked into the motel using the name "Lyle Stevik" from 1019 S. Progress Ave., Meridian, ID. The maid entered the room the following morning and he indicated that he was going to stay a few more days though he had only paid for one evening. The maid entered the room on 09/17/01 and found subject hanging from the coat rack. Subject had left money on the nightstand that with a note that said "For the Room". The only personal belongings in his possession was a tooth brush and paste (NCMA).

I thought this was sad. She looked so young. How unfortunate that this case ended cold with no identification or leads to the killer who did it.

Cause of death: Homocide

Case History: "The nude body of this unidentified white female was found just south of Route #146 and west of Arroyo Grande, in Henderson, Nevada at approximately 2100 hours on October 5, 1980.  Lacerations of the scalp and puncture wounds of the back were identified (Clark County Coroner)."
